Apartment description
This apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona, on the famous and lively Las Ramblas. Once sitting outside at the terrace you almost wouldn't know that you are in the center of Barcelona, because on this beautifully furnished terrace you won’t notice anything exept sun all day, and the quiet gardens at the back of the Ramblas. The terrace overlooks an inner courtyard. It comes complete with sun-chairs and dining furniture.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is modern decorated with a nice wooden floor. The open living is perfectly equipped with a large sofa, a lounge chair, a dining table with four seats and fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony terrace.
There are two bedrooms both with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, lamps and considerable wardrobe space. An extra television is offered in one of the bedrooms. In the living, the sofa can be converted into a single bed. The bathroom includes a full bath with shower, marble basin, bidet, WC. The apartment also includes hot/cold air conditioning, double glazing and WIFI internet connection.

The Gothic District passes between the two most important avenues of the old city, Via Layetana and Las Ramblas, and between the Catalonia square, the old harbor and the beach of Barceloneta. This District constitutes the heart of the old city of Barcelona where the walled Roman city was located (the orígen of present Barcelona). The apartment is located less than 10 min. walking of almost all the tourist attractions of Barcelona.
